He strongly believes that “The success is not real if all your associates are not progressing.” Having a more than 30 years of immense experience and expertise in the field, he has proven that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. It was the keen sense of business as a Gujarati and knowledge that kept him going and doing miles.
Now he encourages the youth to get engaged in business and contribute to Make in India dream. He visions for India to be one of the leading manufacturer & exporter and wants to see India stand out in the world. He believes that the youth of India needs better environment and apart from study, youth needs to get practical industrial knowledge.
Unity Glass Industry has a separate department that deals and work only for the needs of students and there is “no profits to be earned from students” policy is implemented. He believes that it is very important to have customer feedback for the continuous improvement. Lastly, he believes that every soul has purpose on earth, no one is without mission. Mr. Pramod Rohit (Bachelor of Eng.) is one of the key person in the company with vision and dreams. He has joined UNITY GLASS INDUSTRY in 2012, spending his initial time to understand business & process, supply chain & market.
After learning all the important aspects of the business- like Manufacturing, packing, quality control, sales, supply chain, marketing and Customer relationship management. He chose Marketing as core responsibility seeking its ever-changing & tough nature. With new strategies and a clear plan, he has started to participate in Exhibitions, government tenders, Turnkey projects, and Exports.
He evolves the strategic direction for the company while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. Under his leadership company has received the best display of products awards in the exhibitions. Also, he is a great motivational speaker and has spoken to student of Parul University. He is connected with community development organizations and dealing with the government for Entrepreneurship Development in India.
He has introduced the training sessions for the employees to polished the communication skill and improvise expertise in sales for the growth of company.
He is the younger son of the Founder (Mr. V.C.Rohit) of UNITY GLASS INDUSTRY. He is an Information technology graduate and joined the business in 2012.Under the able guidance of his father Mr. V.C.Rohit and elder brother Mr. Pramod; he took knowledge about all the departments in the business.
Now he is managing finance and accounting divisions and is responsible for the overall planning and management of a company’s financial affairs. He has played a vital role in new strategic direction with development of company’s budget, coordinating with the banking and insurance partners. He has managed to implement new techniques and methods which have benefitted the company in many ways to grow more.
Besides looking after accounting and finance activities, he utilizes his IT knowledge by implementing cutting-edge technologies into the system that helps in overall growth of the company.
He believes that “A winner is just a loser who tried one more time”. He is committed to achieve the vision of establishing UNITY GLASS INDUSTRY the leading exporter of scientific glassware across the world.
Mr. Jayesh Chauhan is one of the senior companions of the company. In 19 years of his tenure, he has managed to reach to post of senior Sales Manager. He started with laboratory division and now looks both laboratory as well as Industrial division customers. He has managed to evolve with the ever changing market and its needs. He is always available to customers for new requirements and service related inquiries. His attitude of “When customer comes first, the customer will last” has given him an extra edge and he has earned special place among customer base. He always comes up with new ideas to bring new innovations in order to meet with market trends and demand. His idea is “Don’t find customer for your product, Find products for your customers.” He aims to capture yet untouched market with good reference from prevailing customers.
Mr. Sunny Purani started his career in quality control and after gaining essentials of product quality; he began to climb the ladder and tried his hands on purchase. He has developed keen sense of quality in borosilicate glass in initial years. He has managed purchase in very professional manner after joining the company. He developed a technically sound purchase system for the company so the resources of the company are now getting used in better way. With time, he gains interest in sales. Learning sales skills from the company, he started visiting clients and understanding their needs. He is now looks after laboratory and R&D glassware with instruments. He emerges as an asset to the company with multiple skills and has total 19 years of Industry.
Mr. Sunil Sharma, a guide in every sense, has set of skills in different fields like chemical, electrical, engineering etc. He has given extra edge in turnkey projects and after-sales services and with the huge experience in various fields helped him to resolve customer oriented problems. He has managed to develop so many of the instruments that have been proved very useful as accessories in pilot plant. By providing one stop solution to the customers, he has achieved company’s goal of providing best customer service and experience. He always comes up with innovative solutions for any of the query.
Mr. Mahendrasinh Rajput is senior most technical and service team member. He supervises new technical packages for the feasibility of the project and advises for better upgrades that contribute for high efficiency and safety. He has 12+ years of experience in industry for support, coordination and scheduling for busy companies. He has successfully provided positive, individual customer care for thousands of customers over the years. Under his skilled guidance, service team is capable to provide satisfactory solutions to every query. He is currently working on new techniques that will bring new direction in the industry.
Mr. Stephen Christian’s childhood dream was to become a footballer and his aim was to always kick the ball in the goalpost. Currently working as Business Operations Manager to set goal, targets of the company. He is responsible for technical sales, turnkey projects & business from new thrust area. He is approachable, self-motivated and has confident sales personality with ability to excel sales targets and make real difference in the organization’s revenue generation. He possesses strong social skills that enable to be a strong relationship builder with clients, colleagues and management. “I always choose challenging task where you find less competition that is where your chances are higher to become successful” he states.
